The welfare of the post-operative breast cancer patient is vitally important. The staff at Madame Pirie knows how dedicated the treatment team is at any doctor’s office that deals with breast cancer work and care for the patient. Post-operative care includes treatment compliance, psychological stability, emotional health and most importantly the patient’s outlook in extending her life expectancy. Mastectomy fitters are considered holistic and wellness partners and a vital step to the recovery after surgery.
Madame Pirie Corset Shoppe has been an accredited mastectomy fitter boutique for 40 years and was one of the first places to do surgical fittings in upstate New York. Renowned for her expertise, Rosa Belleville has added several BOC (Board of Certification) staff to her team. All staff at Madame Pirie go through extensive training to make sure every client leaves feeling beautiful and confident.
Patients can walk-in or call ahead but need:

Madame Pirie is committed to supporting the breast cancer community in any way we can. We are very active every October for breast cancer awareness events. Keep an eye out for us at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure event at the Empire State Plaza.
We also decorate our store in pink in October to honor all the amazing women we service!
